Life Comes Calling
Life itself expands me
when I let it. I point
to my known edge and
say, "That's it. I can't
go past there. That's
my limit!" But of
course life comes
calling as it always
does, not respecting
borders, asking me to
stretch again, and then
still more, until I can't
even recognize who
I am. You know
how it is -- challenge,
tragedy, grief, or ecstasy;
where I am right now
just can't stay static --
the pull toward...
evolution is too
strong. When I let go,
when I allow life in,
I grow before I even
notice what is happening.

About Wildflower Yoga
Yoga is an ancient system of postures and stretches that help to bring a person's body and mind back into its natural state of balance. The yoga practitioner enjoys greater strength, flexibility and balance, reduced stress and tension, and an overall feeling of well-being when the postures, called asanas, are incorporated into a regular practice.
Kelly Fisher of Wildflower Yoga is a Certified Anusara Yoga teacher. She completed her 500 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Willow Street Yoga Center. Anusara Yoga is a heart-oriented approach to hatha yoga developed by John Friend. It employs universal principals of alignment along with attention to inner awareness to help the student find her optimal state of being, and ultimately, her joy. Kelly currently studies with John Friend, Jordan Bloom, and other senior teachers. She holds classes in Cheverly and Silver Spring, Maryland, and in other places upon request.
