Calling The Light Retreat
May 27- June 3, 2017
“People say that what we’re all seeking is a meaning for life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking. I think that what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonances with our own innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive.” ― Joseph Campbell, The Power of Myth
Spend seven nights and six days in the enchanting south of France. Our villa, Le Mas de Gancel, is just outside of Avignon at the foot of the Luberon Mountain range. It is a beautifully renovated farmhouse within walking distance to restaurants, bakery and vineyard. It is ideally located close to many popular areas for sightseeing including Aix-en-Provençe, the Luberon villages and Saint-Rémy-de-Provençe and Les Baux-de-Provence. It is a haven for bikers and walkers with its proximity to numerous trails leading to surrounding villages and historic sites. Enjoy slow, luxurious meals on the stone terrace or relax by the pool. And of course, do yoga!
Yogis of all ability level are invited. Your host and E-RYT 500 yoga teacher Kelly Fisher will offer daily classes in yoga, yoga nidra, and meditation. Chef Rita Cain will provide breakfast and some dinners, and host Annette Para, who is native to Avignon, will assist you in having the time of your life.
