These policies are for Wildflower Yoga classes. Please see Yoga Center of Columbia’s policies for those studio classes.

Class location

All classes are currently being held on Zoom. Monday evening classes are on Zoom and in person at Joe’s Movement Emporium. Thursday and Sunday classes are on Zoom or in person at the Yoga Center of Columbia.

Registration Instructions

To register for the first time using our online system:

  • Go to the homepage
  • Click on “Sign Up” next to a class you would like to sign up for
  • Create an account (be sure to save your password!)
  • Sign the Waiver (you will only need to do this once)
  • Choose whether you want a Single Class, 1 Class per Week (5 Class Pack), or 2 Classes per Week (10 Class Pack)
  • Scroll down, enter payment information, and click “Purchase” or “Purchase and Reserve”

At this point, you have registered for the *one* class you chose, however, if you purchased a “5 Class Pack” or “10 Class Pack,” you will need to select and register individually for all classes you wish to take (don’t worry, you won’t have to pay again!) All class Zoom links will be sent by the system automatically upon registration.

To register for multiple classes (for 5 Class and 10 Class Packs):

  • Go to the homepage
  • Click on “Schedule”
  • Find the individual class that you would like to take and click “Sign Up.” Once you have purchased a pass, you can sign up for the number of classes that you have purchased. (There will be a different Zoom link for each class.)
  • After you have signed up for a class, the orange button will say “View” instead of “Sign Up.” You may access the Zoom link for class from the “View” button, and you will also immediately receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. (You may easily add this link to your digital calendar by clicking on the link in the email.)

To access your current registration system information:

  • Log In to the registration system from the homepage
  • Click on the small circle with your initial in the upper right-hand corner of the registration window (above “Schedule – Details – Confirm”)
  • Click “Profile” to make changes like adding a photo or listing any injuries you wish me to know about
  • Click “Bookings” to view your upcoming classes
  • Click “Purchases” to view your purchases

What to Bring to Class

Please bring your own yoga mat. Also, bring your smiling Self with an empty tummy; there is no need for shoes. Tee shirts, tanks, biking shorts, and tights or leggings are great. Avoid wearing baggy pants, as they prevent me from helping you with your knee and leg alignment. Also, please silence your cell phone during class and be on time.

[For in-person classes] Please remove your shoes before entering the room. If you arrive late, please do not enter until the “Om” after centering.

Injuries and Physical Limitations

Please let me know before class about any physical problems or medical conditions you may have.


Students may re-schedule a class up to an hour before class time using the registration system. If you have purchased a Class Pack, make-ups/ rescheduled classes must be completed before the expiration date of the Class Pack.

Private Instruction Cancelation

If you need to cancel any One on One lesson, please provide at least 24 hours notice. In the event you cannot provide 24 hours notice, in lieu of the full price, there will be a $50 fee for non-attendance.


If you discover you can no longer attend class, please contact Wildflower Yoga as soon as possible. Refunds may be available based on any unused classes in your queue. Any refund amount will be minus a $10 administrative fee, which is not refundable or transferable to another session.

Yoga Teacher Trainee Observation Registration

If a Yoga Teacher Trainee wants to observe a class, she/he will be required to follow the registration as per regular students listed above.
